Combining the strategy of high-level PR with the soul and storytelling of a world-class podcast.

You already know you need more visibility — but do you know what’s even better than “getting seen and heard”?

You deserve to be seen, heard, and highly paid for your message.

Because when the right people see you, hear you, and feel you — your business, your movement, and your income rise in sync. And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you unlock.

I know what it's like to be the one with the big message

+magnetic energy

blow up your message

I know what it’s like to be the one with the big message, the magnetic energy, and the soul-level brilliance — but still feel like you’re shouting into the void. I spent years trying to fit my voice into platforms that weren’t built for someone like me. The slow, conventional route. The endless social media posts that felt like they didn’t capture my essence. The strategies that told me to dim my light, be more polished, less bold, more “digestible.”

But I also know what it feels like to own your power, speak your truth, be true to you and watch the world rise to meet you. To turn your voice into a vehicle for wealth, impact, and global visibility. So I built my agency, my platforms, and my signature process for the visionaries — the entrepreneurs, personalities, speakers, and changemakers who are done playing small and are ready to amplify the hell out of their message.

VISIBILITY

In 2018, I started my podcast as a recommendation for my first business mentor. He told me that long form content would be the best thing to help me grow my brand. I had no idea that it was going to not only grow my business, but change my life.

The art of podcasting is not just long-form content, but a means for storytelling, vulnerability, connection with your community and building a brand that resonates and serves you for decades to come.

Besides making me over $1,000,000, podcasting has healed me in ways I never expected. It helped me see myself differently, establish my confidence, leadership and authority, become a teacher and speaker, and land me on some pretty big stages. Podcasting has been my trampoline into explosive brand growth and that's why I started Voice and Visibility.

Before the company was officially launched, I had helped between 20 to 30 people start podcasts, but what I started to recognize is that most people never start a podcast because of the complicated tech and overwhelm that comes with a creative project of this size. I started Voice and Visibility to help other impact driven entrepreneurs get their message out to the masses and be seen and heard.

The creative agency brings together all of my creative strengths, including a background in design, photography, videography, branding as well as 8 years of business building and helping entrepreneurs scale in alignment to their energy leveraging my Intuitive gifts.

There's nothing more enjoyable than knowing your voice and stories are changing people’s lives. The media landscape is changing and I'm so excited to be at the forefront of this shift, giving you the tools and services to build a movement around your voice and empowering you to create a lasting legacy with your life's work.

We are a creative media, podcasting and PR agency that helps purpose driven entrepreneurs, educators and entertainers scale their brand, amplify their voices, and become known.

Born and raised in the PNW. I spent my childhood in a dance studio, cheered in high school, and competed + traveled as a sponsored snowboarder for 10 years thereafter. I met my husband on a chairlift during this time. I am now a married mom of 2 + 1 stepdaughter living 10min from our local ski resort. No complaints.
Meg's Experience: Meg is an experienced Project Manager with 10 years of direct Project Management experience supporting many clients and highly skilled teams. multipassionate designer

Rachel

Hi! I'm Rachel Amy Ritchie, a Scottish-born, Texas-raised creative multi-hyphenate, who is deeply passionate about creative storytelling. I've always been creative and drawn to anything to do with the arts from dancing, crafting, music, theatre and acting and when I moved to the States at 8, my parents supported me and allowed me to expand on those skills through classes, competitions, and programs. And eventually, my passions shifted to more behind-the-scenes with design, video production, writing, and leadership/organization.

I originally moved out to Florida for university to study recording arts—and spent the time I was not on campus at Disney and Universal—but quickly realized at the half way point in the two year program that I was trying to make a hobby into a career and my heart was not in it, so I pivoted and was lucky enough to receive a full ride scholarship from the school's president into the online media communications degree program which is how I spent the first two years of the pandemic and it was one of the best decisions I've made.
I am very close with my parents as I'm an only child and they are the only family I have over in America with me, I love to do Zoom game nights with my friends across the country and around the world whenever we can somehow get all our schedules to align, and I spend majority of my free time working on another script or pitch deck with my writing partner, Maddie. And while I do love science and math—and almost went into engineering for a hot sec after an all girl's engineering program in high school so good that Texas A&M poached our teacher—I realized that the arts have my heart. Plus, I suck at any sport besides badminton which I will throw down in—ask any of the people I beat in my middle and high school gym classes when I won both tournaments—so dancing is my go-to form of exercise. But I love volunteering and traveling, but I haven't had as much time in recent years to do either as much as I'd like to, so here is hoping to be able to do more of both in 2025!

Rachel's Experience: Rachel's dedication to helping people tell their stories best is evident in her use of strategy, storytelling, and neuromarketing to stay true to the brand and engage an audience. Her almost seven year career (so far) has been a testament to this passion, with a diverse range of projects and clients. She has left her creative mark, from creating content for social media or branding and logos to websites, decks, podcasts, clothing lines, and much more. Her client portfolio is equally diverse, including clients in real estate, fitness, finance, education, pet, corporate, literary, a few influencers, and more. Having worked remotely since 2018, Rachel knows how to manage her time, is driven, resourceful, organized, and is never afraid to learn or try something new to help take your business to the next level. I have two degrees from Full Sail University: a Recording Arts A.S. and a Media Communications B.S. where I was valedictorian in both programs. Additionally, I am certified in Final Cut Pro X and I hold a number of certificates for different courses both university and miscellaneous digital courses to expand continuously expand my knowledge.

Favorite Thing To Do When Not Working:

* Day-to-Day? Probably binging a good show or movie on streaming or screenwriting.
* The more expensive answer? Probably go on a cruise.

Best Advice Ever Received: "Trust your gut." and "All you can do is your best."

1 Bucket List Travel Destination: I've been really fortunate to travel a lot when I was younger, so this is honestly a struggle... But I LOVE cruising, so I'd say it's a toss up between an Asian and Mediterranean cruise.

Go-To Productivity Hack or Tool: Honestly? Just wearing shoes. I saw on TikTok a hack that even when working from home, something as simple as putting on shoes can trick your—undiagnosed—ADHD brain into being more productive!

1 Thing Can't Live Without (Besides Phone): Wifi

Luke

I live in really really southwest Missouri with my wife, two sons, and a pug named Marty. Our older son was adopted through foster care, and our younger son is 5 and working his way through kindergarten (homeschooling).
Experience: I have a Bachelor's in Mass Communication with an emphasis in journalism, which I received from Missouri Southern State University. I also did some stringer work for various local newspapers as a young adult, but sadly, newspapers have dried up since then, so I had to pursue a different vocation than I envisioned back then. I have only worked full-time jobs in my life. My first job was in radio at 17. After I got married, I became a youth pastor, and did that for about a decade. And then the radio station wanted me back, so I'm here again. Collectively, I've been in radio for about 15 years. With the advent of podcasting and on-demand content over the years, we've started offering as much of our content as we can digitally, and I also run the company's podcast network.
Favorite Thing To Do When Not Working: Spending time with my family is what it's all about! I also enjoy reading and try to do one chapter per day from two different books. That gets me through 20 or 30 books a year.

Best Advice Ever Received: You won't become what you're not in the process of becoming.

1 Bucket List Travel Destination: I kind of grew up on James Bond movies so I've always hoped I could visit England someday (and probably save the world while I'm there).

Go-To Productivity Hack or Tool: Keep your desk clean. You don't even realize it but the more you have sitting on your desk or around your computer, the more your brain has to sort through just to focus on one task, constantly, all day long. You wear your brain out if you have a cluttered workspace. Also, drink lots of water.

1 Thing Can't Live Without (Besides Phone): My filing cabinet. Something about a filing cabinet with physical paper just clicks for me and keeps my life organized. Yes, I realize how lame and boring that sounds, and a lot of my answers in this questionnaire involved paper, but that was the first thing that came to mind and I'm glad I had this opportunity to tell you about my filing cabinet.

1 month after launch... I make more money than ever!

I’d been wanting to start a podcast forever, but I hadn’t taken the leap out of fear & lack of resources to get it done. This was frustrating because I knew I had a lot to share & a podcast would be a great platform for growing my business. I knew Sam could help me bring the vision to life & it took the pressure off me to learn how to do it all. I’m 1 month after launch (8 episodes released), continuing to grow my 1:1 clientele, make more money than ever and prepping to launch my membership this spring. Things are moving in the right direction, more opportunities have been coming along, I’m getting great feedback on my show & it feels really good to be sharing my voice more authentically. DEFINITELY DO IT! The V+V Team are amazing at what they do & you’ll be really well supported throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t have started my show without them & if you have a vision to launch/grow your show, they are the perfect team to have on your side.

– Jenny B, The Juicy Truth Podcast

From the moment Sam "saw" me, I've been on fire. I even had a $60k sales day!

Working with Voice & Visibility has been a platform to accelerate my next level! From the moment I had felt that Sam “saw” me, I’ve been on fire. She also sees my vision and the big picture of the work I desire to do in the world. My podcast has launched and it feels great! I’m working with Sam on my business and growth as well which I LOVE!! I even had a $60k sales day since. The best part is having the service “done for me” while I focus on the rest of my work! I’ve got a lot of feedback about the episodes being sooo good and people excited for the podcast. Working with Sam is always the right option! She’s next level for visionaries and leaders!!

– Alisa D, Be the Light Podcast

Sam and her team have made the launch of my podcast seamless!

I just have to give a shoutout to Sam and her team because they have made the launch of my podcast seamless! My podcast would still be on my future to-do list if I hadn’t put the production of it in their capable hands. They streamlined the process for EVERYTHING and all I had to do was show up and be in my zone of genius. It has been the best decision and I’m so excited to see it LIVE next week!!!

– Mykee, Mindfulness Matrix Podcast

I've made more $$ in my biz than ever!

I’ve made more $$ in my biz than ever  I’ve worked with many mentors but none of them have truly SEEN me, my unique gifts & mission/vision while also offering the top-tier level of support that Sam (& her team) provide. I can always count on Sam to call me out when I need it, to help me navigate the “WTF” moments & hold me to my highest potential. It is evident every day how much Sam is rooting for your success & truly cares about you as a person. So if you’re looking for someone like that in your corner, I highly recommend working with her.

I gained clarity and confidence, healed personal wounds, and crossed $2M.

Before working with Sam, I struggled with self-doubt and lacked confidence in my business and personal life. I wanted success but also feared the spotlight, which held me back for years. Despite making over a million dollars in a business with my husband, I downplayed my achievements and charged little for my own work due to feelings of unworthiness. Sam’s insightful questions and reflections helped me gain clarity, shift my perspective, and embrace my power. This year, I crossed $20k in my own business, brought on 30 students, secured my first high-ticket client, and honed my focus. I also set stronger boundaries in relationships, healed personal wounds, and grew more confident—something others noticed too. Alongside this, I crossed $2M in the business with my husband and launched a successful 12-month program. I now see myself as a good person, believe I’ll be a great mom, and confidently support the right clients in growing their healing businesses. Sam’s guidance helped me shine brighter and connect with incredible people.

Now, I'm in unstoppable momentum.

Before Sam, my business leaned on corporate gigs, dabbling in social media, and I craved a direct-to-consumer shift. I was stuck, unclear on offerings, pricing, and clients—lacking visibility. Investing in Sam terrified me (3x my biggest expense!), but her electric energy hooked me. Every interaction left me buzzing; she spoke straight to my soul. Now, I’m in unstoppable momentum: a podcast, growing audience, newfound self-trust, and a team of three. Delegating opened space for bigger dreams and a thrilling 2025 ahead. Sam’s work fueled my confidence, clarity, and voice—inspiring my husband to jump into entrepreneurship too. Yes, the investment’s daunting, but the ROI is real: shortcuts, fresh perspectives, and a surge of energy you didn’t know you needed.
